Step-by-Step Installation
1. Preparation
Put the vehicle into Service Mode, disconnect the 12V battery negative terminal (recommended). Prepare all required tools and parts.
2. Remove the Old Speaker
① Loosen the 9 push-pull clips of the right front wheel arch liner,partially remove the wheel arch liner to expose the speaker installation position. (Diagram Tip: Arrows mark clip positions, pry gently to avoid breakage)
② Loosen the clip that secures the pedestrian warning wiring harness to the speaker, then disconnect the electrical connector (slide the locking tab and press the gray locking tongue).
③ Remove the 3 T20 screws (Torque: 1.8 Nm) and take off the old speaker from the skirt panel.
3. Install the New Speaker (1671113-00-B)
① Clean the installation surface with isopropyl alcohol wipes to ensure no oil or dust remains.
② Align the new speaker with the positioning holes, fix it with 3 T20 screws, and tighten to the specified torque: 1.8 Nm.
③ Connect the electrical connector until a "click" sound is heard, ensuring the locking tab is fully engaged.
4. Reset and Test
① Reinstall the 9 clips of the wheel arch liner, ensuring they are fully locked.
② Reconnect the 12V battery and exit Service Mode.
③ Start the vehicle, shift to D/R gear and drive at low speed to confirm the speaker emits a normal warning sound.

Return Qualification Requirements:
1). Orders exceeding 1 month do not accept return or exchange of goods.

Refund instructions:
