Functions

  • Rear A/C control: Control the air conditioning on/off, adjust speed, and regulate temperature.
  • Driver & passenger seat massage: Click on the corresponding icon to activate (Only applicable for seats with lumbar support)
  • Front passenger seat adjustment: Click on the corresponding adjustment icon to adjust the seatback up and down and move the seat forward and backward.
  • Seat heating control: Three modes available with independent adjustment for individual seats or one-key shutdown.
  • Built-in CarPlay: Supports Apple Carplay and Android WUTO for seamless smartphone integration with the rear-seat system.
  • Supports wireless Bluetooth: Connect to the car's original Bluetooth for audio output, connect wireless Bluetooth headphones, and have built-in speakers.
  • Negative ion air purification: When activated, it neutralizes the polluted air inside the car. Child lock: One key opens the glove compartment.
  • One-key screen lock: Play music and videos from a USB drive and control the main screen's volume, skip tracks, and play/pause from the rear seat control.
  • Wireless WIFI: When connected to WIFI, you can play online videos, and music, and download necessary apps from the APP application menu.
  • Automatic screen shutdown: If no one is seated in the rear, the screen will automatically shut down after 5 minutes using the original car seat gravity sensor.
  • OTA upgrade: Supports wired headphones with 3.5mm audio output.
  • Control the music volume (up/down) and play/pause

Common Issue 1: Black Screen (Screen installed but not lighting up)
Cause 1: The adapter harness is not properly connected.
Solution: Reinsert and reconnect the plug.
2: The main unit plug was disconnected and not reconnected within 5 minutes.
Solution: Reconnect the harness, and lock the car for 2 hours while keeping the phone and remote key within 20 meters of the vehicle. After 2 hours, check if the screen can light up.

Common Issue 2: Bluetooth Cannot Be Connected
Cause: Not connected to the corresponding main unit's Bluetooth.
Solution: Research and connect to the correct Bluetooth.

Common Issue 3: Unable To Adjust The Front Passenger Seat
Cause: The seat harness is not connected.
Solution: Reconnect the seat harness.

Common Issue 4: No Air Output From The Rear Air Conditioning
Cause: The air conditioning interface is in a closed state.
Solution: Click to open the air conditioning and adjust the fan speed.

Common Issue 5: No Audio Output
Cause: Bluetooth connection might not be established.
Solution: Reconnect Bluetooth on the main unit, then restart the original car's head unit.

Common Issue 6: Unable To Operate Screen Functions
Cause: Child lock is activated.
Solution: Close the child lock at the top left corner of the screen.

As Tesmag products are usually quite valuable, please inspect the package upon receiving it. Don't sign the delivery or open the box when it's chipped or damaged. In these situations, please contact Tesmag Customer services.

After you (or somebody else on your benefit ) sign for your product, Tesmag will consider this your approval of the package, amount, and merchandise. To protect your rights, you're highly suggested to take a complete unboxing video and inspect the items in line with the packing list. If items are damaged or missing, please get Tesmag Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the package so we can solve the issue immediately.
